Privacy

Private by default.

HeartMirror is designed as a private reflection tool for emotional clarity. This page explains what we store, what we use to run the product, and how we handle billing, limits, and account protection.

What HeartMirror stores

We store your account basics, such as your email address and sign-in information needed to run your account.

We also store your chat sessions and messages so your conversations can load properly inside the product.

If continuity or memory features are enabled for your account, HeartMirror may use selected prior context to reduce repetition across sessions.

What HeartMirror does not claim to be

HeartMirror is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a crisis service.

It is a reflection tool designed to help users think more clearly under emotional pressure.

Billing and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. HeartMirror does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Subscription status is stored so premium access can be granted and managed correctly.

Current pricing is handled on the pricing page. This privacy page does not change your pricing.

Limits, abuse prevention, and account protection

To keep the free tier fair and reduce abuse, HeartMirror may use usage counters and account-protection signals such as device-level and network-level checks.

These protections are used to limit bypass attempts, such as creating many new free accounts to avoid normal product limits.

These controls are designed to protect the product, not to sell or expose your personal data.

Cookies and technical data

HeartMirror may use essential cookies or similar technical identifiers for authentication, security, session continuity, and abuse prevention.

These technical signals help keep accounts stable, protect sign-in flow, and reduce repeated free-tier abuse.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. Depending on product settings and future account controls, you may also be able to manage language, continuity, and other preferences directly inside the app.

If you have billing or privacy questions, use the official HeartMirror support contact listed in product or billing communications.
